What are payment terms and methods?
Note that we DO NOT collect sales tax outside of the State of Florida. If you are ordering from within Florida, and are not a government agency, we will add the appropriate sales tax for your County. If you are exempt, please fax a copy of your exemption certificate to 305.294.6523.
- For government agencies (including City and County election departments), corporate clients and established organizations (such as labor unions and schools), terms are net 60 days. If you prefer, we accept VISA and MasterCharge payments. Purchase orders are optional – if you use them, we will include the number on all shipment labels and invoices. If you order by voice or online, and then follow up with a purchase order, please be sure to mark it “do not duplicate.” Invoices are sent by first class US mail on the same day the order is shipped. Shipping information, including a UPS tracing number, is printed on the invoice.
- For individuals and political campaigns, we require 50% deposit before beginning printing, and the balance upon shipping the finished product. We prefer VISA or MasterCharge payment, however if that is not possible, checks are acceptable. Please call 305.294.4411 or 800.336.8683 to make arrangements.

National Campaign Supply prints stock labels millions at a time, thus we are able to pass the savings on to you, by pricing them at a fraction of the cost you would find if they were manufactured in shorter runs. All National Campaign Supply lapel stickers are high quality flexographic products, printed on premium white gloss paper. Before application, they are simple to remove from the backing material, and are always easily removable after normal use on fabric.
Because all labels are maintained in stock, there is no manufacturing delay. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, and rush shipping is available upon request.
We also produce custom-printed products by either flexographic or screen printing methods. We have excellent in-house prepress art design facilities.
